Judy Spira provides individual and group therapy for adults experiencing mental health challenges to include mood disorders (anxiety and depression), complex trauma, domestic violence and personal growth.
Judy has worked for over 25 years with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings including school based programs and community mental health centers. She has advanced training in CBT and trauma-informed therapy. She has adapted her advanced training in the Gottman therapy principles to help many clients through interperonal difficulties both in family and in the workplace.
Judy approaches her work with compassion, caring and respect in developing a therapeutic relationship that is client-centered and focusing on individual strengths and needs. As a clinician she utilizes authentic connection and strategic therapeutic support to help clients build internal trust, increased awareness, stronger relationships, and move toward a more integrated, meaningful experience of self and life.
